You do not need an account to use Bio Quotes App. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or account credentials. Content you create, generate, save, or favorite stays on your device unless you choose to share it or send it through another app. Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically process limited device, advertising, diagnostic, approximate-location, and app-usage information as described below.
Information stored on your device
The App may store the following information locally using on-device storage:
- Bios, captions, usernames, quotes, profile kits, and other content you generate or save
- Favorites, snippets, and generation history
- Game progress, levels, scores, coins, rewards, and streak information
- App language, reminder time, notification settings, and other preferences
- Drafts or text entered into supported tools so that your work is not lost
We do not operate a server that receives or stores this locally saved content. You can remove it using available delete or clear controls, by clearing the App's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the App. Clearing App storage or uninstalling may permanently remove locally stored data.
Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which parts of the App are useful and to improve features and performance. Firebase Analytics may process:
- An app-instance identifier and device or advertising identifiers
- General device, operating-system, app-version, session, and usage information
- Approximate location derived from an IP address
- App interactions such as opened tabs or tools, selected language or platform category, game mode and level, scores, answer results, coin actions, and rewarded-ad actions
We do not intentionally send the text of bios, captions, usernames, suggestions, drafts, or other user-entered or generated content to Firebase Analytics.
Analytics information is used to measure usage, understand engagement, improve the App, and help maintain security and prevent abuse.
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display banner, native, and rewarded advertisements and to keep the App available. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and Google's settings, AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or share:
- IP address and approximate location
- Advertising ID and other device or account identifiers
- Ad views, clicks, rewarded-ad interactions, and other App interactions
- Device and network information
- Diagnostic and performance information
This information may be used for advertising, ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Where required, Google may provide a consent or privacy-choice message. You can manage advertising and privacy choices through your device settings and any privacy-options entry point made available in the App.
Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policies. We do not control Google's independent processing or retention practices.
Sharing, email, and external services
The App does not automatically upload your generated or saved content to us. Information leaves the App when required by the Google services described above or when you choose an external feature:
Share
If you tap Share, the content you select is sent to the third-party app or service you choose. That service handles the content under its own privacy policy.
Suggest a Feature
The App opens your email application with your suggestion, selected category, App version, and platform in a draft addressed to techrohitrs@gmail.com. Nothing is emailed until you choose to send it. Your email provider and ours may process the message and your email address.
Username availability links
If you check a username on Instagram or Facebook, the App opens that service using a URL containing the selected username. The third-party service may process it under its own privacy policy.
External links
Websites and other apps opened from the App are governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, or comply with a lawful request.
Permissions and device access
The daily reminder is scheduled locally on your device. The App does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send it. The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or general photo/file storage for its current features.
Legal bases and regional privacy choices
Where applicable, information may be processed with your consent, to provide features you request, for our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the App, or to comply with legal obligations. The legal basis may vary by region and by the relevant Google service.
Users in regions with additional privacy rights may be able to withdraw consent, request non-personalized or limited ads, or access privacy options through a consent message, the App's privacy-options entry point when available, or their device and Google settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies, service settings, legal requirements, and applicable consent choices.
Because the App does not require an account and we do not maintain a server-side user profile, we generally cannot identify or delete locally stored information on your behalf. For information handled by us through a feature-suggestion email, contact us using the address below.
Security
Data sent to Google or external services is generally encrypted in transit. However, no transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Review content before sharing it with another app or service.
Children's privacy
Bio Quotes App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has emailed personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Your choices
- Enable or disable reminders and notifications
- Delete favorites, history, snippets, and other saved content using available App controls
- Clear local App data or uninstall the App
- Manage ad personalization, advertising identifiers, and privacy settings through Android and Google settings
- Use consent and privacy controls made available by Google or the App
- Choose not to share content, check a username externally, or send a feature-suggestion email
